How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Capturedanswers Septic wants homeowners who contact us to be treated fairly and honestly. Please tell us about problems. This page describes how to submit a complaint and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Concerns You Can Send

You can raise concerns about:

  • Your experience contacting Capturedanswers Septic by phone or another method
  • The handling of your personal information
  • Website information that seems incorrect or unclear
  • The conduct of a provider reached through our service

When the Concern Involves a Provider

Providers in our network run independent businesses. Their quotes, prices, work and customer service are their responsibility. For problems with septic, sewer line or plumbing work, usually start by contacting the provider directly. Keep a written record of the issue and your discussions.

Please tell us as well. Your feedback helps us maintain honesty within the network. Providers with repeated problems may be removed. Capturedanswers Septic cannot resolve contract disputes, refund a provider's work or decide matters on a provider's behalf.

Details to Include

Send your complaint to contact@capturedanswers.living. Please include:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you dialed or form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • An explanation of what happened and what you want us to do

How We Handle Your Complaint

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will review the events described. As part of that review, we may contact the provider. We will then explain our findings and any action we are taking.

Asking for Another Review

If our response leaves you dissatisfied, reply and request another review. You may also raise the matter with your state's consumer protection office, attorney general or local Better Business Bureau. For concerns involving licensed plumbing or septic contractors, the state licensing board or local health department may be able to assist.
